An installation dialog appeared after entering the demo login page

A. For users without Windows XP SP2 installed

First-time users only need to install the Remote Desktop ActiveX Control once. To install and login, click "Yes" if the following prompt dialog is shown.

B. For users with Windows XP SP2 installed

First-time users should click "Install" during the following prompt dialog.



After automatic installation is completed, click "Connect Now", and follow the steps in I have installed the required ActiveX, and have connected successfully.

An ActiveX Control installation prompt appeared at the top of the browser

Applicable to Windows XP SP2 users only

After installing Windows XP SP2, the security level has been automatically set higher by default, which disables safe ActiveX controls by default.

If you see the following prompt at the top of your browser:



Click on the message at the top, and choose "Install ActiveX Control...".



Then refer to the steps in An installation dialog appeared after entering the demo login page.

There was no prompt for installation, and I could not successfully connect

Please ensure that your browser settings match the following:

i. Select "Tools > Internet Options" under the browser's menu.



ii. Set "Download Signed ActiveX Controls" to Prompt or Enabled.



iii. Set "Execute ActiveX Controls" to Enabled, then set "Safe ActiveX Controls" to Enabled.



iv. Set "Active Scripting" to Enabled.



If you have followed the procedures and still cannot connect successfully, you are welcome to contact us for further assistance. If you were unable to connect due to connection problems, please try again later.

In the Demo Version Login page, click "Connect Now" and you should be able to see the following login screen.

After registering with us, please follow the instructions we have sent to your email address, in order to try out our demo version within the given free trial period.
